· 十字孔板測試平臺;
· 模塊化動物鼠籠:使用隔板可分配成3個大鼠鼠籠和12個小鼠鼠籠測試單元;

設(shè)備的操作
· 大鼠、小鼠被放置到測試平臺上,用測試鼠籠約束;
· 受試動物在鼠籠內(nèi)科自由活動;
· 給出一定的環(huán)境適應(yīng)時間和老鼠的探索時間;
· 操作人員將觸覺刺激器放置在動物爪子正下方,在反光鏡的幫助下定位硬絲;
· 啟動觸覺刺激器的按鈕開始測試;
A:剛性探針被自動抬高;
B:探針接觸足底后,開始施力;
C:力度以預(yù)設(shè)施力速率增加,直到動物移除爪子或達(dá)到預(yù)設(shè)力度,自動停止加力;
· 自動記錄兩個測試指標(biāo):縮爪的潛伏期(單位:S)和縮爪時的力度(單位:g)
數(shù)據(jù)的采集
· 測試主機(jī)可直觀顯示測試數(shù)據(jù),并對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行存儲;
· 數(shù)據(jù)可導(dǎo)出到電腦,或者使用用U盾進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)拷貝;
· 通信由基于CUB Data Acquisition Windows®的用軟件包52050-10管理;
· 能夠?qū)?shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)傳送到電腦并使用常用軟件進(jìn)行管理;
· 配備了存儲鍵,用于記錄回顧實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù);
· 支持使用遠(yuǎn)程網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接測試主機(jī),對實(shí)驗(yàn)參數(shù)進(jìn)編輯;
