疏水閥是用于蒸汽管網(wǎng)及設(shè)備中,能自動(dòng)排出凝結(jié)水、空氣及其它不凝結(jié)氣體,并阻水蒸汽泄漏的閥門。根據(jù)蒸汽疏水閥工作原理的不同,蒸汽疏水閥可化為以下三種類型:機(jī)械型:依靠蒸汽疏水閥內(nèi)凝結(jié)水液衛(wèi)高度的變化而動(dòng)作,包括:浮球式:浮子為封閉的空心球體 敞口向上浮子式:浮子為開口向上的桶型 敞口向下浮子式:浮子為開口向下的桶型 熱靜力型:依靠液體溫度的變化而動(dòng)作,包括: 雙金屬片:敏感原件為雙金屬片 蒸汽壓力式:敏感原件為波紋管或墨盒,內(nèi)部充入揮發(fā)性液體 熱動(dòng)力型:依靠液體的熱動(dòng)力學(xué)性質(zhì)的變化而動(dòng)作。 圓盤式:由于在相同的壓力下,液體與氣體的流速不同,所產(chǎn)生的不同的動(dòng),靜壓力,驅(qū)使圓盤閥片動(dòng)作 脈沖式:由于不同溫度的凝結(jié)水通過兩極串連節(jié)流孔板式,坐在兩極節(jié)流孔板之間形的不同壓力,驅(qū)使閥瓣動(dòng)作。疏水閥在蒸汽加熱系統(tǒng)中起到阻汽排水作用,選擇合適的疏水閥,可使蒸汽加熱設(shè)備達(dá)到工作效率。要想達(dá)到最理想的效果,就要對(duì)各種類型疏水閥的工作性能、特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行的了解。疏水閥的品種很多,各有不同的性能。選用疏水閥時(shí),首先應(yīng)選其特性能滿足蒸汽加熱設(shè)備的運(yùn)行,然后才考慮其他客觀條件,這樣選擇你所需要的疏水閥才是正確和的。疏水閥要能“識(shí)別”蒸汽和凝結(jié)水,才能起到阻汽排水作用。“識(shí)別” 蒸汽和凝結(jié)水基于三個(gè)原理:密度差、溫度差和相變。于是就根據(jù)三個(gè)原理制造出三種類型的疏水閥:分類為機(jī)械型、熱靜力型、熱動(dòng)力型。 疏水閥的安裝說明疏水閥安裝是否合適,對(duì)疏水閥的正常工作和設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)效率都有直接有影響。 安裝疏水閥必須按正規(guī)安裝要求、才能使疏水閥和設(shè)備達(dá)到工作效率。 1、在安裝疏水閥之前一定要用帶壓蒸汽吹掃管道,清除管道中的雜物。 2、疏水閥前應(yīng)安裝過濾器,確保疏水閥不受管道雜物的堵塞,定期清理過濾器。3、疏水閥前后要安裝閥門,方便疏水閥隨時(shí)撿修。4、凝結(jié)水流向要與疏水閥安裝箭頭標(biāo)志一致。5、疏水閥應(yīng)安裝在設(shè)備出口的處,及時(shí)排出凝結(jié)水,避免管道產(chǎn)生汽阻。6、如果設(shè)備的處沒有位置安裝疏水閥,應(yīng)在出水口位置加個(gè)反水彎(凝結(jié)水提升接頭),把凝結(jié)水位提升后再裝疏水閥,以免產(chǎn)生汽阻。7、疏水閥的出水管不應(yīng)浸在水里。(如果浸在水里,應(yīng)在彎曲處鉆個(gè)孔,破壞真空,防止沙土回吸。)8、機(jī)械型疏水閥要水平安裝。9、蒸汽疏水閥不要串聯(lián)安裝。10、每臺(tái)設(shè)備應(yīng)該各自安裝疏水閥。 11、熱靜力型疏水閥前需要有一米以上不保溫的過冷管,其它形式疏水閥應(yīng)盡量靠近設(shè)備。12、滾筒式烘干(帶虹吸管型)設(shè)備選用疏水閥時(shí)請(qǐng)注明:選用帶防汽阻裝置的疏水閥,避免設(shè)備產(chǎn)生汽鎖。13、疏水閥后如有凝結(jié)水回收,疏水閥出水管應(yīng)從回收總管的上面接入總管,減少背壓,防止回流。14、疏水閥后如有凝結(jié)水回收,不同壓力等級(jí)的管線要分開回收。15、疏水閥后凝結(jié)水回收總管不能爬坡,會(huì)增加疏水閥的背壓。16、疏水閥后凝結(jié)水進(jìn)入回收總管前要安裝止回閥,防止凝結(jié)水回流。17、在蒸汽管道上裝疏水閥,主管道要設(shè)一個(gè)接近主管道半徑的凝結(jié)水集水井,然后再用小管引至疏水閥。18、機(jī)械型疏水閥不用,要卸下排污螺絲把里面的水放掉,以防冰凍。19、發(fā)現(xiàn)疏水閥跑汽,要及時(shí)排污和清理過濾網(wǎng),根據(jù)實(shí)際使用情況勤檢查,遇有故障隨時(shí)修理。每年至少要檢修一次,清除里面的雜質(zhì)。疏水閥在整個(gè)蒸汽系統(tǒng)中被認(rèn)為是個(gè)小配件,但對(duì)系統(tǒng)工作和經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行影響很大,所以疏水閥的維護(hù)和檢修也是至關(guān)重要的,只有充分重視疏水閥在生產(chǎn)上的重要作用。勤檢修,使疏水閥經(jīng)常處在良好的工作狀態(tài)下,才能達(dá)到節(jié)能效果和提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
